Shared Success Coach
Tandem Center for Shared Business Success is seeking a driven and resourceful team member to join us at a pivotal stage of growth. This role offers the opportunity to help shape Tandem’s future while building expertise in Direct Employee Ownership and using business as a force for good.
The Shared Success Coach will lead implementations of profit-sharing and direct employee ownership programs for a growing portfolio of client businesses, while assisting with business development efforts to attract and onboard new clients.
